Pamela Bower is one of the go-to Talent Producers and Celebrity Bookers in town. With over 12 years in the entertainment industry – and established relationships with top managers, agents and PR executives – she works with a multitude of networks and agencies on their celebrity talent needs for television, advertising campaigns and digital programming. In 2014, she established Dogtown Talent & Productions to continue to service her clients and expand business.
Having worked on everything from live TV to awards shows to feature films and big-budget miniseries, Pamela understands what it takes to successfully produce all types of content. On each project, regardless of her job title, one thing remained consistent: she always worked with talent and their representatives as their liaison with the production. From overseeing cast deals and shooting schedules to managing logistics of their housing and travel, as well as getting them comfortable with creative requirements, Pamela has a proven track record of ensuring that talent is well taken care of.
As Director of Current Programming at Zodiak USA, Pamela worked on all in-house productions on their Alternative / Unscripted slate. This role expanded to include all internal talent producing and celebrity booking for their projects, including casting three seasons and 27 episodes of ABC’s hit series CELEBRITY WIFE SWAP.
Prior to joining Zodiak, Pamela worked in scripted and unscripted production for eight years, including time on location in San Francisco on the feature RENT and in Australia on the HBO mini-series THE PACIFIC.
Before making the transition to Los Angeles to pursue television and film production, Pamela started her professional career in the bustling heart of South Beach. Joining Loews Hotels as part of the pre-opening team for their 800-room beachfront property, she spent four years overseeing the entertainment market at the high-end resort including long-term celebrity stays, press junkets and conferences, talent management, photo shoots, and logistics for visiting festivals, tours and local events. It was here she realized her passion for the entertainment industry stretched beyond the hospitality trade.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Pamela now resides in Venice, California, where she continues to enjoy a beach lifestyle.
